Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Glendale/Peoria

Lived here for over a month while displaced due to home flooding. Kind staff and consistent good service. Breakfast is ok.

Spacious rooms, friendly employees, clean, and solid amenities. Close to lots of restaurants too. I stay here often for work and always feel as comfortable while away from home.

The room and facilities were very nice. The service...AMAZING!! We specifically wanted a jacuzzi and had tried a few other places in the area. We were told the jacuzzi was functional, however, after checking in, found out it had been not heating and was drained. Tom was amazing and worked all afternoon to get it back up and heated for us and then called us to let us know it was working. Above and beyond great service! Thank you Tom!

I stayed here 4 months while job training and it was an amazing experience! The staff was always available and happy to help! I even forgot something in my room when I left and they offered to mail it to me! Very great hotel!

Facts to know: No door on washroom from bedroom so first one up blinds the other in bed. WiFi is so slow it is not possible to download a video for your flight (ridiculous). No housekeeping service offered.

I had someone book this hotel for me so I was pleasantly surprised that there was a kitchenette and the room was so large. I'll definitely coming back here again when I come to Peoria!

We stayed for 39 nights at this hotel after having dealt with a house fire. The room was nice---everything worked, it was clean--what made this stay so pleasant was the staff--I wish I knew everyone's names, all were so nice--one woman who is especially awesome is Melissa, a member of the housekeeping staff--(truly without them nothing would go well,) they made us feel at home and not like we were a bother for some of the endless questions we had! Melissa was outgoing and friendly, explained whatever I needed and always had such a beautiful smile that brightened our day! It is important to note that while many people at a hotel are on vacation, some of us are not--we are displace,; sad, scared and very lonely. A kind word and a smile goes a long way on those days, thank you so much--you made such a difficult time easier, that meant a lot!

Stephanie B was SO kind to me and made check in a breeze. The room was everything I needed it to be and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Location is great. Kathy was also very accommodating and kind!
